weights

Many companies with to carry out due diligence checks on their scales on a frequent basis, in between us coming in to carry out an external calibrate service to satisfy auditors.

Having their own set of weights to carry out these checks helps our customers to ensure their production processes are valid and also highlights issues which we can then be called out to rectify Below is a guide to what class of weights should be used for the many classes / types of scales.

If you require any further clarification, please do not hesitate to call one of our sales team for further advise and relevant quotations.

We also offer an annual calibration of weights and weight sets to either ISO9001/2015 or UKAS 17025 standards with supporting calibration certificate.

Below is an illustration of the types of scales and recommended classes of weights to be used to calibrate them.
