Positive Weighing Solutions Ltd are a rapidly growing company based in Malvern, Worcestershire.

We are looking for someone to assist the business in the following job role.

  • Assigning Items to orders and creating inventories for installations
  • Ensuring Engineers have all that is required for work that has been allocated to them
  • Sending Quotes to customers using quotation software
  • Answering the phone (Shared with others).
  • Booking in deliveries
  • Maintaining Customers, Contacts and Asset data on our CRM
  • Dealing with customers over the phone on a day to day basis
  • PC work. (A sound knowledge of MS Office 365 is essential)
  • Calling Existing customers to schedule visits and to answer queries.
  • Assisting with Stock takes
  • Assistance in maintaining the organisation within the warehouse. (This is manually intensive work and will include moving quantities of 20kg hand weights into Vans / onto pallets and potentially using our fork lift truck)

General administration assisting all members of Staff in the office, workshop and Warehouse, learning our systems and processes with a view to covering staff holidays and assist within the business at all levels.

Some engineering experience would be beneficial but not essential.

We are looking for someone who can grow with the business and evolve into a valuable team member. Ideally the candidate would live locally and hold a driving license and a Fork lift license would be beneficial, although this is not essential.

The hours are 0830-17:00 Monday to Friday
