AISI 316 stainless steel weight indicator with IP68 and IP69K protection, ideal for environments with high hygiene standards, designed to simplify cleaning and sanitization. Compact and rugged, featuring an interactive RGB backlit display. Multiple connectivity options make it a versatile weight indicator suitable for advanced industrial applications.

COMMUNICATION PORTS – INPUTS / OUTPUTS

    • For communication cable routing, 1 dedicated cable gland is available to communicate through one of the following ports:
  • RS232 on screw terminals for connection to PC/printers Dini Argeo
  • RS485 on screw terminals for connection to PC/PLC, with Modbus RTU or ASCII protocol
  • Internal USB-C for PC connection

MEASUREMENT AND METROLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • Connectable to up to 16 load cells with 350Ω output resistance.
  • Single-range, multi-range or multi-interval approvable, Class III or IIII, up to 10,000e per range. Minimum signal 0.3µV/e.
  • Calibration up to Max. 800,000 divisions, for internal factory use; Minimum signal 0.01µV/e.
  • Internal resolution up to 3,000,000 points, ideal for high resolution applications and accurate part counting.
  • Up to 8 points of signal linearization.
  • Digital calibration and set-up from keyboard or PC with DINITOOLS.
  • Functions for silo and tank calibration
  • Weighing recording approved for data exchange with PC and Management, via Alibi Memory option or D-LEGAL PC software.

NEW MULTIFUNCTION PROGRAM

DFWX’s new weighing program revolutionizes the concept of multifunctionality, allowing multiple functions to be used simultaneously:

  • Weight conversion to lb, N/kN or custom
  • Piece counting during loading or unloading
  • Weight control of loaded or unloaded pieces, with thresholds programmable via keyboard or communication protocol
  • Totalization of weight-pieces
  • Automatic tare function

The combination of multiple operating modes, coupled with programming flexibility, makes the DFWX the new benchmark for configurable weight indicators.
