A number of the above weigh tables have been suplied to one of the largest steel processing sites in the UK, and other companies are following suit - to weigh and flatness test sheet steel enabling the packer to be at the right height for the job at hand.

Since the Tables have been installed at our site in Llanwern and also at Caldicot, we have expeienced a significant increase in productivity due to less lifts required by the forktruck. We are finding that by weighing as we pack, as we hoped, we have eliminated the 'guess work' involved when packing a pallet of sheet steel so this has eliminated re-packing.

There has also been a significant decrease in staff downtime. The tableweighers enable the packers to work at the correct height for manual handling, and this has proved a massive benefit to our operations.

Many thanks for all of your input into this project and we look forward to working together again in the future. It has been a pleasant experience dealing with a weighing company so willing to think outside of the box to suit our requirements.
