A High Speed / Performance, Force fed filling / weighing machine for Powders into Valve sacks or open mouth bags.

Spout extraction system (de-aerate sack)
Automatic sack placer (placing on machine)
Automatic sack transfer.
R61 approved indicator.
All stainless steel construction.
Side panels to enclose and protect.
Product is fed into the main chamber. The sack is placed over the valve spout (manually or automatically) and the spout inflates to ensure an environmentally clean filling operation. The pressurised chamber forces product through a pinch valve that regulates the product flow thus ensuring accurate filling weights.
